It's That Time Of The Month PDF A get ready guide for all things period!!

Activity 1: True or False PDF Overview: Teacher calls out a series of statements and students must decide whether they are true. Great For: Revising menstruation; covering a wide range of topics; breaking down misconception and myths

Activity 2: Period Bingo PDF Overview: Using the My Period cards, pupils play bingo, discussing periods along the way. Great For: Exploring menstruation; covering a wide range of topics; having fun.

Activity 3: What Is Normal PDF Overview: Students sort through statements to decide what is a normal experience of periods. Great For: Starting a conversation about menstrual health; encouraging pupils to recognise potential problems; boosting body confidence.
