Supporting Young People Through Partnership with Cup-O-T
24 Jul 2025We had a fantastic morning with the team at Cup-O-T, learning more about their incredible work supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people across Norfolk.
Joined by menstrual educator and Hey Girls CEO, Kate Smith, we took part in a thought-provoking session exploring women's health and the importance of open, informed conversations about periods.
Thanks to funding from the Norfolk Community Foundation, My Period has donated a supply of free period products and period education resources for Cup-O-T to provide through their therapy rooms and outdoor wellbeing sessions, helping ensure young people can access the products and information they need.
We're proud to support Cup-O-T's vital work and look forward to working together to improve access to period products, reduce stigma and help more young people manage their periods with confidence and dignity.
